Ingredients (4 portions):
- 150 g cabbage
- 70 g onions
- 100 g cabbage sprouts
- 180 g carrots
- 100 g spring onions
- 1 tbsp ginger
- Chilli of your choice
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 handful of sprouts of your choice
- of your choice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Preparation:
Chop the vegetables, finely chop the ginger. Pour the sunflower oil into a very hot wok (alternatively: pan) and immediately add the vegetables, stirring continuously until the desired degree of heat is reached. Finally, add the sprouts, fry briefly and stir. Add the soya sauce and honey.
Tips:
Wholemeal rice or wholemeal pasta go perfectly with this dish. Roasted chickpeas as a topping add even more flavour to the dish.
