The aim of the focus action was to elicit acrylamide levels for the product groups vegetable chips, vegetable fries based on tubers and root vegetables, and black oxidized olives. This is intended to provide data for the establishment of guideline values for other product groups that have not yet been covered by Regulation (EU) No. 2058/2017. 50 samples from all over Austria were examined.
