The aim of this focus action was to obtain an overview of the contamination with heavy metals and mycotoxins as well as the content of salt in snacks and buffer products.

Particular attention was paid to snacks and buffer products for children. Data on nutritional value and salt obtained during this focus action will also be made available to the AGES Center for Nutrition & Prevention.
