The aim of the focus campaign was to inspect projectile toys on the Austrian market and remove dangerous products from circulation.

49 samples from all over Austria were analysed. 23 samples were rejected (in some cases several times):

Eleven samples due to safety deficiencies
One sample due to plasticiser content (DBP, DEHP and DINP) exceeding the respective limit value
A total of six samples due to labelling deficiencies
