Ingredients
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
1 small courgette
200 g pumpkin (e.g. butternut)
50 g sun-dried tomatoes
300 g Okara
Salt, pepper
Spices of your choice, e.g. savoury, thyme, pepper and spices. e.g. savoury, thyme
Preparation
Finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil, add the crushed garlic and fry briefly. Add the finely chopped vegetables and sauté. Finally, add the okara and fry for approx. 15 minutes in a closed pan. Then season and sprinkle with fresh or dried herbs as desired.
Please note: Okara must be heated through for approx. 20 minutes before eating. It is best to heat the suspension of crushed soya beans for at least 20 minutes when making the soya drink.
