In this course, we will provide you with basic knowledge about the European Food Information Regulation (FIR) and address controversial issues and common mistakes. We also address current challenges such as origin labelling.

  • Introduction to the European Food Information Regulation - current requirements, in particular information on the origin of the primary ingredient
  • Labelling obligation - design of labels
  • Time for questions
